Following breakfast, board the motorcoach to celebrate Mass at St. Joseph’s Oratory of Mount-Royal, the world’s largest shrine to St. Joseph. Founded in 1904 by St. Brother André Bessette, the oratory now receives over two million visitors annually. Its magnificent dome reaches 97 metres, second in height only to St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome. We will venerate the relics of St. Brother André, view the two great pipe organs and the carillon of 56 bronze bells, and pray the Way of the Cross on the mountainside.

Next, visit the Cathédrale Marie-Reine-du-Monde (Mary, Queen of the World Cathedral), seat of the Archdiocese of Montreal.

In the evening, enjoy free time or attend the sound and light show at Notre Dame Basilica. Dinner and overnight in Montreal.

Today we explore the Amerindian reserve of the Mohawks of Kahnawake and visit the sanctuary dedicated to Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, canonized in 2012 as the first Native American saint. Enjoy a guided tour of the Jesuit Mission established in 1720 and visit the tomb of Saint Kateri.

Lunch at the Manoir d’Youville, followed by a visit to the Historic Site Marguerite Bourgeoys and Notre Dame de Bon Secours Chapel.

Early departure toward Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. En route, stop at the Copper Art of Albert Gilles and discover 85 years of savoir faire — the artist decorated many churches across North America.

Visit the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, one of the oldest pilgrimage sites in North America, credited by the Catholic Church with many miracles of healing. The basilica receives about half a million pilgrims each year. Immerse yourself in its spiritual significance through masterpieces of mosaics, stained-glass windows, and stone and wood sculptures throughout its many chapels.

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour through this UNESCO World Heritage city. Meet the three Blessed Founders of the Canadian Church:

• Msgr. François de Laval, first bishop of Québec, inside the Cathedral he built

• Marie de l’Incarnation, founder of the Ursuline Nuns of Québec, in their exterior chapel

• Catherine de Saint-Augustin, spiritual founder of the Augustinian Nuns of l’Hôtel-Dieu de Québec, inside their monastery

Finish at the church of Notre-Dame-des-Victoires. Dinner and overnight in Québec City.

Early departure to Trois-Rivières to visit Our Lady of the Cape Shrine, the largest Marian shrine in Canada. Standing on the shore of the St. Lawrence River, the shrine welcomes pilgrims from around the world. Pray in the oldest standing Canadian chapel, built in 1714, and in the large modern basilica inaugurated in 1964, adorned with magnificent stained-glass windows and a Casavant organ with 5,425 pipes.

Visit the Little Sanctuary, which tells the story of two great miracles: the miraculous ice bridge and the Miracle of the Eyes. Enjoy tranquil gardens overlooking the river and free time for personal prayer. Free lunch onsite.

In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Father Frederic Janson and the Museum of the Ursulines.
