L.P. Pilgrimages is a leading Catholic pilgrimage tour operator and Destination Management Company, dedicated to providing spiritually enriching and professionally organized pilgrimage experiences to the Holy Land, Europe, and beyond.
Who We Are ?
L.P. Pilgrimages was founded in 2010 as part of an initiative between the Church of Rome and the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem to promote authentic Catholic pilgrimages while supporting the local Church in the Holy Land through sustainable economic activity.
In 2018, following updated Vatican regulations concerning commercial operations, the organization was restructured into a private company and became L.P. Pilgrimages. While its legal framework evolved, its mission remained the same.
Today, L.P. Pilgrimages operates as a multinational Catholic family team in cooperation with trusted partners, including Expedite Travel Consultants, Nazareth 2000, and Rosalen Peregrinaciones (Roma–Santiago–Jerusalén). Together, we provide professionally organized, faith-centered pilgrimages to the Holy Land and major Catholic destinations worldwide.
Faithful to its founding vision, we continue to support the “Living Stones” — the Christian communities of the Holy Land — by creating employment opportunities for local Christian families and businesses, and by contributing to initiatives such as the Patriarch Michel Sabbah Foundation.

About the Founder / CEO
Founder & CEO, L.P. Pilgrimages Services Ltd.
Ihab Sabbah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of L.P. Pilgrimages Services Ltd., a Catholic pilgrimage operator specializing in Holy Land and international pilgrimages for dioceses, parishes, and Catholic organizations worldwide. Since its establishment, L.P. Pilgrimages has become a trusted partner for ecclesial institutions, including the Northern Lieutenancy of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem.
Born in Nazareth in 1970, Sabbah is a Catholic Christian deeply rooted in the local Church. He is the nephew of His Beatitude Patriarch Emeritus Michel Sabbah. He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Management and in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (1994), and later completed a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering (2006).
From 1994 to 2010, he served as Head of Strategic Planning for the Municipality of Nazareth. During this period, he played a central role in organizing papal visits to the Holy Land, including those of Pope Saint John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI. He oversaw the construction of the Mount of Precipice amphitheater in Nazareth — completed in 50 days — which hosted 50,000 faithful for the papal Mass in 2009.
Between 2010 and 2018, he served the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem as Director of the Endowments Department, overseeing economic development initiatives and information systems.
Sabbah remains active in community and national leadership. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Nazareth Fund, is a member of the Incoming Tour Operators Association in Israel (IITOA), and is a co-founder of the L.P. Pilgrimages Foundation in the United States.
