Cancellation terms are based on the date written notice is received.Each participant is required to pay a Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee / Deposit to secure their reservation.In addition to the non-refundable enrollment fee (which is part of the total package price), the following cancellation penalties apply based on the total pilgrimage/tour cost, regardless of the reason for cancellation: Cancellation DateCancellation Fee150–90 days prior to departure25% of total pilgrimage cost89–45 days prior to departure50% of total pilgrimage cost44–0 days prior to departureNo refundAdditional terms:Once airline tickets have been issued, the ticket value becomes non-refundable.Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by mail, fax, or email. No. Your reservations, payments, and pilgrimage records remain secure and continue to be managed by L. P. Pilgrimages. Existing bookings remain valid and will continue to be serviced without interruption.Can I still use the old website? Yes. L. P. Pilgrimages has launched our new mobile application, Go Pilgrimage, designed to make managing your pilgrimage experience easier and more convenient. The app will be available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. What can I do in the Go Pilgrimage app? Through the Go Pilgrimage app you can: View and manage your pilgrimage bookings Make new bookings Access your itinerary and trip information Review booking details and account information Update passenger and contact information Make secure payments toward your pilgrimage balance Receive important updates and notifications Access travel information directly from your mobile device Do I need a separate account for the mobile app? No. You will use the same account credentials that you use on our website. Your booking information and account details remain synchronized across both the website and mobile app. Where can I download the app? The Go Pilgrimage app will soon be available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Download links and app store icons will be added once the app becomes publicly available.

TIPS: Normally, our packages include tips, please refer to your brochure. In the event, tips are not included in your package, please bring your own tip envelope with the suggested amount of $6 per person, per day for your guide and $4 per person, per day for your driver. Your tour coordinator will collect the envelope towards the end of your trip.Prepaid gratuities have been collected for the porters as well as hotel dining & housekeeping staff. However, if you request any special services from the staff, an additional tip would be appropriate. Small tips of $2 or so would also be appropriate for your lunches and occasional other services (such as using the restroom at a church). Your guide will let you know when this is expected.

L. P. Pilgrimages makes every effort to maintain the published pilgrimage price. However, certain costs are beyond our control and may change between the time of booking and departure.Currency Exchange Rates:Many pilgrimage services are purchased in foreign currencies, including but not limited to Euro (EUR), Israeli Shekel (NIS), and other destination currencies. Pilgrimage prices are based on exchange rates in effect at the time the pilgrimage is published.Should there be a significant fluctuation in currency exchange rates between the U.S. Dollar (USD) and the applicable destination currency, L. P. Pilgrimages reserves the right to apply a currency adjustment surcharge to reflect the increased cost of services.Airline Fuel Surcharges, Taxes, and Government Fees:Airfare is subject to airline-imposed fuel surcharges, airport taxes, security fees, and government-imposed charges. These costs may increase after the pilgrimage is published and are outside the control of L. P. Pilgrimages.If airlines, airports, or government authorities impose significant increases in fuel surcharges, taxes, or mandatory fees prior to departure, L. P. Pilgrimages reserves the right to pass through such increases to pilgrims.Notification:Any applicable price adjustment will be communicated in writing and added to the final balance prior to departure.While such adjustments are uncommon, L. P. Pilgrimages will make every reasonable effort to minimize additional costs and protect the value of your pilgrimage experience.
