Day 1
Depart for Lisbon

Depart for our overnight in flight to Lisbon, Portugal. We are served dinner and breakfast aloft.

Day 2
Lisbon

Upon arrival in Lisbon, we meet our guide and driver and transfer to our hotel. After check-in, we begin our pilgrimage in the birthplace of St. Anthony of Lisbon. Our visits include the Jerónimos Monastery and the Belém Tower, two of Lisbon’s most historic landmarks. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Day 3
Lisbon - Fatima

After breakfast, we continue our pilgrimage in Lisbon with visits to Rossio Square and Restauradores Square. We visit the Cathedral of Lisbon, the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição Velha, and the Church of St. Anthony, where we celebrate Holy Mass.

We pass along Avenida da Liberdade and enjoy a walking tour of the historic Alfama district and St. George’s Castle.

In the afternoon we travel to Fatima. Upon arrival we check into our hotel and have time for personal prayer. Dinner at the hotel followed by the Rosary and Torchlight Procession at the Sanctuary.

Day 4
Fatima

After breakfast we visit Aljustrel and Valinhos, the birthplace of the three shepherd children. We pray the Via Crucis and visit the Loca do Cabeço, where the Angel of Peace appeared.

In the afternoon we visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima, including the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Chapel of the Apparitions. We also visit the Museum of the Shrine, where the crown containing the bullet that wounded St. John Paul II is preserved.

In the evening we join the Rosary and Candlelight Procession. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. Holy Mass.

Day 5
Fatima - Coimbra - Salamanca

After breakfast we depart Fatima and travel to Coimbra. Here we visit the Carmelite Convent of St. Teresa, where Sister Lucia, one of the Fatima visionaries, lived until her death in 2005.

We also visit the historic University of Coimbra and its famous library.

After the visit we continue to Salamanca, one of Spain’s most beautiful historic cities. Upon arrival we check into our hotel. Dinner and overnight. Holy Mass.

Day 6
Salamanca - Burgos

After breakfast we enjoy a guided tour of Salamanca, the first Spanish city to establish a university. Highlights include the Old Cathedral, the magnificent Plaza Mayor, and the Monterrey Palace. The city was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.

Holy Mass. After the visit we travel to Burgos. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Day 7
Burgos - Garabandal

After breakfast we visit the magnificent Cathedral of Burgos, one of the greatest examples of Spanish Gothic architecture.

We also see the Monastery of Santa María Real de las Huelgas and the Cartuja de Miraflores, famous for its extraordinary altarpiece.

After the visits we travel to the mountain village of San Sebastián de Garabandal. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. Holy Mass.

Day 8
Garabandal - San Sebastian

After breakfast we visit Garabandal, where four children reported apparitions of an angel and the Blessed Virgin Mary beginning on June 18, 1961.

Pilgrims visit the pine grove where many of the apparitions occurred and reflect on the spiritual messages of prayer and conversion.

In the afternoon we travel to San Sebastian. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. Holy Mass.

Day 9
San Sebastian - Loyola - Lourdes

After breakfast we travel to Loyola to visit the Basilica of St. Ignatius, built over the birthplace of the founder of the Jesuits. We celebrate Holy Mass.

We then continue to Lourdes. Upon arrival we check into our hotel and have time for personal devotion at the sanctuary. Dinner at the hotel followed by the Rosary and Candlelight Procession.

Day 10
Lourdes

After breakfast we celebrate Holy Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle, where the Blessed Virgin appeared to St. Bernadette.

In the afternoon we visit the Boly Mill, birthplace of St. Bernadette, the Cachot, where her family lived during the apparitions, and the parish church where she was baptized.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel followed by the Rosary and Candlelight Procession.

Day 11
Lourdes

After breakfast we celebrate Holy Mass. The remainder of the day is free for personal devotion. Pilgrims may visit the healing baths, pray the Stations of the Cross, or spend time in quiet prayer at the sanctuary.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel followed by the evening Rosary and Candlelight Procession.

Day 12
Return back home

Transfer to Toulouse Airport for our return flight, carrying home the spiritual blessings and memories of our pilgrimage.
